Easy read… most of the time
Overall, it was a very educative and easy read… even for an accounting book. The author appears to be quite knowledgeable while remaining impartial and underscoring that there’s not one size fits all.

A short yet in depth read about all you need to know for real estate investing in Canada. I will continue to reference some of the strategies used in the future. Very valuable for anyone who is looking to get into real estate investments in Canada.

Worthwhile read
The tax information is good. It goes into corporations that some ppl might not know. Some of the editing could be in better English.

Easy to read
Easy to read, one of its kind book for Canadian investors. After reading this book you might come to the conclusion that you may as well hire Cherry to do your tax (which might have been the purpose for this book being written lol?), but you would do it now knowing you are getting the worth of every penny you paid hiring a great accountant.

Great information
Excellent information and great value. Some reviewers took stars off for the lack of formatting and proofreading. In this case, It is the information you are paying for, not how it is presented in terms of grammar. And for the price, it is a steal of a deal.

Waiting for IT!
Good try, but more a novice approach, nothing new here, just notes and bits anyone could do a little R&R to find out. I was really disappointed, it was not even edited.
