Good at first…
Out of the box it looked great, and my hope was that the defect I saw in a review was a one-off. Assembly took some time, but it was easy enough. Sadly, the defective construction affected me too.Now, without tension in the mesh, the chair back digs into my back. What a tragic waste of time!

Meh but PITA to return
Ordered a SIHOO at the same time & in comparison, the assembly & quality of product, tools, hardware & instructions were just less for this. As well, a day after assembly, we found that the mesh at the side of the lumbar section was not in the frame & despite numerous efforts we could not force it in. Amazon Help says The only return option is to disassemble the whole thing, package it up (having thrown out the original) & get help to move this hefty, heavy, not cheap chair to Canada Post … which I may or not do for the inconvenience. A disappointing gift as it’s not perfect, & as mentioned before, the overall quality is just lower than a similar product.
