I was looking for ones with nothing on one side to randomly pick poses. These are perfect.Hopefully this picture shows how it comes. In a box with a box inside with the cards inside that. Cards have pictures and Calm Club logo on one side andpose and pose information on the other side.

I’m a yoga beginner and find this super handy to learn poses, and I use them every single time I do yoga. They are numbered 1–52 in order of difficulty, and I’ve been able to progress through most of them.The cards are just the right size to hold and refer to while getting into position, and each pose includes instructions and tips. Each reverse features a different zen image, which is a nice touch but I hardly view the reverse, so maybe the space could have been used to display more useful information.The cards are paper and not plastic; I use them with care and expect them to last quite a while.The outer box is lovely and there’s an inner sleeve box, but they’re quite fiddly for storage purposes so I don’t actually store them in there and just leave the deck out in the open for convenience. Perhaps it would be good to have a stand for the deck.

Whilst I like the cards and there content, I was not impressed by the condition they came in. The outside of the box had tap wrapped around it and inside one of the cards were bent as if the cards had been opened and shoved back in without any care.
