    Perfect size skillet. Great quality.
This is exactly what I wanted. Two handles. Not too heavy. I will use this for everything-roasting, saute, baking, any and all cooking applications. I have a larger Lodge skillet which is excellent but too heavy to lift in/out of oven so I like it better for larger meals/stovetop use. I have an induction range which I love and cast iron works great for this range type or any range type, not too mention cast iron is 100% my preferred cookware for everything, especially roasting.

I love cooking with cast iron cookware.
I do have many types of cookware: cast iron, heavy stainless steel, clay pots (Romertopf and tagine) as well as Corel glass). There are many plusses to cooking with cast iron – you can’t ‘kill’ it! It doesn’t warp in heat and lasts forever. You can refinish it easily and taking care of it is a breeze.I have over 40 pieces and types of cast iron cookware and I can (obviously!) recommend them.If you’re considering cast iron for the first time, do some research on Youtube on how to take care of it.Do NOT:wash and air dryput in your dishwasherrefinish with saltDO:use a good oil such as coconut oil, olive oil or even vegetable shortening in a pinch. The best oils I’ve found for seasoning are coconut and olive oil.

    The perfect pan
This is the PERFECT pan. Saw one on a cooking show and knew I had to have one to my cast iron lodge pan collection. I use it almost daily. I’ve done everything in it but bake. It’s perfect weight, size and cooks everything perfect , every time. The only thing I wish is it had a lid too! They do sell lids that would fit but I haven’t purchased one yet.

    Like it!
I like the two handle style and the size for two people. And it can be used on glass top stoves! Glad to have cast iron back in my kitchen.

Handle arrangement makes it a very good baking dish. Typical of Lodge cast iron cooking qualities. Holds heat, easy to clean and goes from oven to table for baking and serving all-in-one. Worth the price.

Nice Pan, very good quality. Good weight to the pan and comes pre seasoned. I use it for deep pan pizzas with my Ooni pizza oven.

Low quality and it will loose its seasoning coat very fast. Then, your food will become black, full of this lodge black. DON’T BUY Lodge online, since it may be not a genuine, maybe another duplicated product.
