Does Indoor Camera support 5GHz Wi-Fi?
Yes, our dual-band Wi-Fi cameras supports 2.4GHz and 5gGHz Wi-Fi.
What if I can’t connect the camera?
Firstly, check if the WiFi signal is strong. Then check if the WiFi password is correct (WiFi passwords with special symbols, such as @ & *, are not supported)
What if the camera break connection frequently?
Between the camera and the router, do not place Bluetooth devices/microwave ovens and other devices that have strong interference with wifi signals; or restart the router.
Do I have to pay the cloud service?
No. The cloud service is optional and can be replaced by SD card (Not included).
What if a SD card is inserted but not recognized?
If the orientation correctly inserts a Micro SD card (16-128GB supported), but there are no card storage settings, this is because the camera does not recognize the card. You can format the card to FAT 32; or try another SD card.

fantastic camera
very useful Camera!The 4K will give you a clear and sharp picture even if the object is further away. The solar works great and charges the quit large battery in a short time frame (I got about 3 hours if sunlight per day). The software for the app is working well and is fairly easy to use. The tracking is fantastic and the extra alarm light will let people know that there is a camera in use. These up was fast and easy. Overall a very good product.

Good quality, 3-day free cloud storage
Uniter Solar Camera is a good value for the money. It has large capacity battery in it and a high power solar panel. Battery has a good backup and the camera itself doesn’t seem to be taking much power so a small daylight every day is enough to keep the camera running. To be on safe side, change in camera settings to auto detect with motion and sound that will avoid the camera running for the whole day. The good thing is that a three day cloud backup comes free for the lifetime that will save you buying an extra memory card. The mobile application is quite intuitive and easy to use.

Great Security Camera
I love this camera. It’s super easy to install. Great quality for a good price. I like how it picks up movement right away. We purchased this after having a prowler in our driveway, this definitely has eased my worries. We have two giant German shepherds that didn’t deter him but this camera makes me sleep more soundly knowing it’s recording.

Stopped charging / Fake dual antenna
Roughly 8 months old, Battery failed. Red light comes on for charge but never finished and won’t turn on.I was going to rate this 4/5 because the camera is quite good, however I did notice one of the antennas is a dummy and fake, making this only a single antenna cam.. this did not effect it’s usefulness in my situation but it’s a lie none the less.I left the solar panel up outside without connected to anything and the micro USB corroded up in around a month time. My mistake but be careful with that if you buy this cam.Recently I’ve been charging it manually and bringing it back outside once a week. Last week after charging and reinstalling the battery power dropped quickly from 80% down to 10% within an hour. It said I couldn’t use the manual pivot control in the app cause the battery was too low. I left it up and the next day it was back up near 80% and working ok. After trying to charge it the next time, it won’t turn on.Unfortunately I can’t recommend this product anymore simply because of the battery issues.

Great but doesn’t record 24/7
This product works really well. It’s on my balcony pointing down towards my vehicle and it can read plates clearly at the right angle. I’m very happy with the quality but the only thing I’m disappointed in is it doesn’t detect certain motion. For example when I’m leaving for work in the morning it does not catch my movement. Although it does catch some cars in and out of the lot so it’s very finicky with what it catches. The SD card is great for people who don’t want to pay for cloud services which most cameras require so you get best of both worlds.

Had it for a month now, great resolution and wide view even at night. Split screen and Picture in Picture, good motion tracking. Speaker works well and good clarity up to 20 feet. I put in a 250G micro card for recording motion. Works good. Settings easy to use and set up.

This is really handy for keeping track of exactly which varmints are eating the flowers. It will run about 14 hours continuous including IR light on overnight on the internal battery and a very long time with a small external battery.However, the image quality is OK but not great and the WiFi range is very limited. Still, for my purposes it does the job.

I purchase this outdoor camera for my rental property and I have been very satisfied with it. What I like about the camera is that it offers the option to add a SD card or I can use the cloud. This camera also offers clear day and night pictures. Based on your placement of the camera it also allows you to have a widespread or zoom in to take a closer look. Even in doing your playbacks you can also zoom in and out. I would buy this camera again and I would recommend it to others. Keep up the good work.

The advertisement to purchase more storage is annoying, it does not go away so if you’re in a hurry to see what set off your camera in the middle of the night, you might as well go to the door and open up your door because you can’t get it off the screen to look at what the camera captured, has a great picture, but what’s the point if you can’t see what your camera is capturing
