This bamboo steamer has two tiers, each 10 inches wide, so plenty of room for a family meal or just use the one tier.I cook a lot of Asian inspired meals and this has been put to good use steaming dumplings that I have made myself.I also used this to cook tasty bao buns. A good way to enjoy bao is to put it on the table, so you can close it again to keep the other buns nice and warm while you eat so they all stay fluffy and hot.I used a paper air fryer liner to help with the washing up, especially as this is made with bamboo.I would recommend.

It is very nice and strong and nicely design but I didn’t t think about the fact that the handle make it difficile to use it in most common pot. You need a big pot to fit it in.
