It’s good
Held off on writing a review because of the other, lower starred reviews. Don’t pay attention to those. They obviously don’t know what they’re talking about. The lumbar support does go in far enough, the chair is pretty high quality, everything fits well, it goes together pretty easily and quickly. The chair is very comfortable, sturdy, and wheels around easily, the only thing is, the cushion is a bit stiff, but it’s a good trade-off for the high weight capacity.

Nice chair but several issues
The chair itself is quite nice and comfortable, however I’ve had several issues with it only a few days after having received it that have made it more difficult to be able to recommend.First off, the gas pump mechanism that lifts the chair does not work, I’ve tried to figure out why this is but haven’t been able too.Secondly, the backrest has begun to lean back against the pressure of my leaning into it on its own, without having even touched the lever that allows you to adjust the angle of the backrest.Also, if you are above the height of about 5’7, the headrest will be completely useless to you. I am 6′ and when sitting fully upright in the chair, the headrest would dig into my shoulder blades, leading me to simply remove the headrest from the rest of the chair.Buyer beware.2 MONTH EDIT/UPDATE: After several times of taking the chair apart, I realized the issue for one of my problems. If you are like me, you looked into buying this chair because it is advertised as being fit for bigger people. It is advertised as being capable of supporting up to 450 pounds. I weigh around 296 pounds, and after having taken apart the chair, I learned that the chair base which supports both the actual cushion and backrest, had begun to bend, causing the issue of the backrest leaning back on its own, unprompted by the tilting lever.I’ve been in communications with the seller for over a month and although they have tried to be helpful, I’ve been getting sent replacement parts with very little instructions that are also quite vague, or none at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this chair due to these issues.

Good but not great. An honest review
I am a 6 feet 3 inch tall 250lbs so my reviis based on that. The chair has a big seat and very ferm and comfy no springs. The adjustable arm rest are amazing. The mesh back seems sturdy and the reclining and lock mecanisme is good. Now for the less great. I removed the head rest as it is way to short it hits my neck and was uncomfortable. The instructions say that the screws are pre-installed but they are not. The build took me about 30 min alone i am sure it would go faster if you have help.the back is a bit short for me i would of like it 3 inch taller. Also the chair does not go super low compaired to others i tried. The wheels are super quiet. All in all a good chair but not great.

I have headrest fix. Mesh attachment broke on the first day
I ordered 3 of these on Black Friday as the features and add sounded fantastic as a heavy duty chair. The back mesh came out on the first day of use. This could have been prevented by assembling with some adhesive rather than only a press-fit (see picture 1).The extra seat padding is great but there does not appear to be any springs as illustrated. The thick seat padding does not allow my feet to touch the ground at the lowest setting.The headrest plastic is positioned at the center of my head. It does not go high enough for the mesh to be centered on my head and cannot be adjusted to do so. I figured out you can flip the headrest mount by removing it and removing the 2 screws that hold the headrest ratchet then it slides out and you can insert it in the other side (see pictures 2 and 3). I have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Comfortable
This is a comfortable chair that easily handles heavy weights much more than I am. Lots of room, adjustable height, and arms, and the casters are smooth as glass. The only thing I wish is that the top part of the back support that would normally cradle your neck/head is a bit short and needs to be more adjustable for us taller guys.

terrible back pain from chair/ big gap in lumbar support
1 star because the chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble, I used this chair for a few hours and developed bad back pain, the lumbar feature doesn’t move inward enough to provide and actual lumbar support, as you can see in the photo there is a big gap from the back of the chair to the lumbar support which is set as close as it can be, the support should move inward more, when sitting on the chair it feels like there is no support at all, I was excited about his chair as I’m a tall woman but I was so let down,
