Solid quality, note the small size
This has a solid steel feel in hand compared to the no name brands. Most important to me was stainless and rust proof. It fits perfectly inside the instant pot. But beware it is not as tall as the other pans, as it’s designed to stack two of these inside the pot.Also the price is a bit on the expensive side for a pan, but it is higher quality steel.

1 Cup of Rice
I got this for my stove-top pressure cooker. I put it on top of the divider with one cup of rice in it with the water needed, let it get to full pressure (5min) and then let in naturally depressurize (15min) and the rice is perfect. Easy cooking, I also have the veggie steamer stacked on top. Perfect for what I was looking for. A little expensive for a small product.

Instant Pots now come in 4 sizes. This is small for the 6qt. It will of course fit in the larger ones.The silicone top is well-made but won’t last forever – it really should be a stainless lid. For this price it should be sized to your instant pot. It is very shallow for steaming veggies but might work for a flan or ??? Perhaps good to cook for one???Not really up to my expectations for the IP.

The divider was the main reason I got this but it doesn’t fit into the container it comes with nicely. Also, the divider has sharp edges.

This is an excellent piece of kit that is in constant use. The instant pot is not so good for cooking small quantities of rice at the bottom of the stainless steel pot as you do need to have enough water to pressure cook rice properly. This piece of kit cooks jasmine and sticky rice in 3 minutes. I say 3 minutes – you do need to wait 10 minutes or so before you can open the instant pot lid by natural release. I would recommend cooking your rice before starting the rest of your meal. This pot gives perfectly cooked hot rice for an hour afterwards as it is kept warm in the pot. If you want to stop buying microwaved rice sachets and start saving cash by cooking your own rice without a lot of trouble, this is well worth buying.
