RUST? DON’T PANIC! IT’S NOT BROKEN: When your set arrives you may notice a spot that looks like rust. It is simply oil that has not fully carbonized. With regular use and care the spot will disappear. If you do notice rust simply scour the affected area with steel wool, rinse, dry, and rub with vegetable oil.

Reviweing it after months of use: I didnt need any prep. Started off with veggies and works great iwthout any burn unlike stainless steel pans where it is a bit tricky with vegetable sautee on a glass stove. Price is definitely worth it and a special recommendation if you cook a lot of indian cuisine. I bought their flat pan/tawa as well and get crispy dosas/rice cakes without effort. I wish I had boght it sooner.

All was going well and I was happy with the skillets, then… I went to use the the largest pan (first time use) and I heated it up put some oil in it and it cracked from the center to outter rim. Such a shame. Other 2 pans are good.

We ordered the silicone handle holders for them n the heat went right through. Nearly dropped the hot pan.Pans are perfect just dont order the holders for them that is advertised with the pans.
