le revêtement intérieur est blanc crème, lisse et dur et l’extérieur bleu pastel. Le manche en inox doré est riveté solidement à la poêle, et non vissé. L’ensemble donne une sensation agréable de solidité et de qualité.Je viens de tester sur ma plaque à induction et effectivement, elles sont compatibles !Reste plus maintenant qu’à vérifier dans la durée comment elles vieillissent.

Employé dans des conditions normales d’utilisation. 8 mois après je dois acheter d’autres poêles. Je ne prendrais plus jamais cette marque.

The cooking surface is great. Easy to use, things don’t really stick with a little oil or butter … The outside of the pan however, stains horribly. They look awful very quickly… Which is unfortunate as they were so pretty when I first got them. Saying that, I still like them because… Function over fashion. No idea how to get the stains off the outside. I’m sure there’s some hack somewhere that I haven’t yet discovered.*Edit* I’m claiming a warranty refund. They wear awfully, wash awfully. I’m not impressed. Loved my little green pan that I have had for years but these aren’t a patch on the old one.

Immediately had scratches. Would have expected a longer duration for the price.Edit two month later:Both pans have scratches and I can see the Black below. I did not use metal but it came from simply storing them. One pan Was burned with some food and it is impossible to get it off. I will need to throw that one away. The other one I only keep cause the coating is non toxic and I do not want to buy a new set (from another brand) yet after spending so much money on these.
