Our care services are non-medical.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services do not include medical treatment, nursing care, diagnosis, physical therapy, administration of medication, or other regulated healthcare services.
Medication reminders may be provided where appropriate, but our service providers do not administer medication.
We may decline a request where the services required fall outside our scope or require medical, clinical, or regulated care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with us.
If you are booking a service on behalf of another person, including a child, senior, family member, or household member, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
4. Bookings and Service Availability
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a booking has been accepted.
A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and provide confirmation of the applicable service, scheduled date or service period, and other relevant booking details.
We may decline or modify a service request where:
- The requested service is outside our scope
- An appropriate service provider is unavailable
- The requested service presents an unreasonable safety risk
- The information provided is incomplete or materially inaccurate
- The service would otherwise be inappropriate or unlawful
5. Pricing and Payment
Current service, package, and membership prices are displayed on the Website or communicated to you before your purchase or booking is confirmed.
Prices may change from time to time.
A price change will apply to future purchases or billing periods and will not change the agreed price of a service that has already been confirmed, except where permitted or required by applicable law.
For one-time services, payment is generally due when the booking is confirmed unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
For monthly memberships, payment is generally processed at the beginning of each billing period.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will be disclosed before they are charged where required by law.
6. Packages and Memberships
Our packages and memberships, including their names, prices, service inclusions, and availability, may change from time to time.
The package or membership details applicable to your purchase will be those presented to you at the time of purchase or booking.
Where a monthly membership is offered, the applicable billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and price will be disclosed before you purchase the membership.
Memberships may automatically renew where this is disclosed at the time of purchase and permitted by applicable law.
Any statutory cancellation or other consumer rights that apply to a membership or subscription remain available to you.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
We ask customers to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will generally not incur a cancellation fee.
A cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply to requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service where the applicable fee was disclosed before the booking was confirmed.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be subject to the applicable cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting or booking services
- Keep your contact information current
- Provide reasonable access to the service location
- Provide accurate access instructions, keys, or access codes where required
- Inform us in advance about relevant pets or animals
- Disclose relevant safety information that may affect the provision of services
- Secure valuable, fragile, or sensitive belongings where appropriate
- Treat our service providers respectfully
- Maintain a reasonably safe environment for service providers
We may pause, modify, reschedule, or decline a service if we reasonably determine that the environment is unsafe.
9. Children and Family Services
Where babysitting or family-support services are provided, parents or guardians remain responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about the child or children receiving services.
This may include information about allergies, dietary restrictions, emergency contacts, behavioural considerations, and other relevant safety information.
Our babysitting and family-support services are not medical services. We may decline services where a child’s needs require specialized, medical, clinical, or regulated care beyond our service scope.
10. Senior Care and Companionship
Our senior care and companionship services are intended to provide non-medical practical and social support.
Services may include companionship, everyday assistance, light household support, meal preparation, errands, and other services described in the applicable booking.
Where a person’s needs exceed the scope of our services, we may recommend that the customer arrange appropriate professional care.
11. Cleaning, Organization, and Household Services
Cleaning, organization, decluttering, and household services are provided according to the scope described in the applicable booking or package.
Customers should identify fragile, valuable, delicate, or specialty items before service begins.
Certain conditions may require additional time, equipment, or specialized services. We will communicate with you before providing services outside the agreed scope where additional charges may apply.
We do not provide specialized remediation services for hazardous materials, infestations, or other conditions requiring specialized treatment unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. Meal Services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about allergies, dietary restrictions, ingredients to avoid, and other relevant dietary requirements.
We will use reasonable care based on the information provided. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly agreed in writing.
13. Keys, Access Codes and Property Access
Where you provide a key, access code, garage code, building access information, or another means of entering a property, you authorize us and the assigned service provider to use that information solely for providing the agreed service.
We will take reasonable steps to protect access information from unauthorized use.
14. Respectful and Safe Working Environment
We are committed to providing a respectful and safe environment for customers and service providers.
We do not tolerate threats, harassment, violence, discrimination, sexual harassment, abusive conduct, or requests to perform unlawful activities.

19. Service Interruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to provide confirmed services as scheduled.
However, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, natural disasters, power or internet outages, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances that make service unsafe or impracticable, may affect our ability to provide a service.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate with affected customers and work to reschedule the service or provide an appropriate alternative.
