Great pan. Needed investment as my other cast iron at 10″ was just too small. I like the two side handles as well. And it was pre-seasoned!

Love these Lodge cook wares.
Great quality steamer, the lid had a slight imperfection in it but is irrelevant to the use of it. I would highly recomend it to friends. As another review said it is very large. Great for when company comes over. I can’t wait to make sticky rice. –
I use avocado oil because of the high smoke point and seasoned at 450 F. for 1 hour. I gave it a good 6 or 7 more, maybe 8. (only 3 or 4 on outside) You can see it totally shines and nothing will stick now but you still want to use a little oil/ butter when cooking. Factory seasonings are not the best and need to be supplemented. Awesome pan! I love Lodge. ; )
