Use it every day
Great frying pan and the perfect size for everyday use. Just clean it with soapy warm water. I warm it up first on the gas stove for 1 minute or so and then add the oil before cooking. Non stick pan. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER, NEVER. Clean by hand always. So easy. Protect the surface with soft cloth before storage.

Great frying pan. I have owned the larger size for a few years and I am pleased with it. I don’t use high heat since I just burn food that way. If there’s any food residue a bit of olive oil rubbed on takes it off. It’s also North American made. Love that.

We have tried a lot of frying pans and eventually the food sticks to them and clean up becomes almost impossible. We have only had this pan a short time but so far so good. The finish is high quality and I am hopeful. I have been careful with the utensils that we use and washing by hand. Expensive but it will be worth it if it lasts.

This pan is excellent. It has even heating and it is so easy to clean. Truly non stick, Good looking as well. We have two. One is very large and one is medium. These pans work with our convection stove. They are worth it.

Let’s get what I don’t like out of the way first then go on to the good stuff. Not much bad to say except that this pan is quite heavy and takes longer to heat up than most pans. That is due to a heavy metal disc on the bottom of the pan. I cook on gas (propane, actually, which doesn’t get as hot as gas) and the directions say not to use high heat, which I don’t. OK, so much for the bad stuff. Once heated, this pan is great. The heat is even across the entire bottom of the pan, it’s level, and you need little to no oil or butter when cooking because nothing sticks once the pan has warmed up. The handle is long and curved, making it’s easy to rotate the pan on the burner, and it has a lift handle on the opposite side, which makes moving and pouring from it a great deal easier. I’ve cooked everything from eggs and pancakes to hamburgers, stew and fish and have been impressed with the pan’s ability to accommodate and successfully cook everything I’ve put in it. It takes next to nothing to clean this pan, but I wait until it’s cold before I wash it. Nothing has stuck to it, so I haven’t had to try and scrub it. Great pan. Very happy with it, despite the fact that it’s hard to lift with arthritic hands.

I first bought the 12″ pan to replace and old style non stick pan..It didn’t have a lid but fortunately I did. We love just about everything about the pan. It is a good weight, feels good to work with especially because the the short grab handle opposite the main handle. Cleaning it is a breeze. I liked it so much that I ordered the 91/2″ to compliment it. Fortunately Amazon carries a lid that fits perfectly for about $10.The down side to the pans are lack of lids and what I consider a little pricey for a pan. I wish the manufacturer would include lids and make more products like these pans. They carry pots in stainless steel but I have plenty of the already.As a note I bought a cheaper price 10″ pan that looked a lot like these but it was nowhere near the quality and feel. It was donated to a local charity. You make not like the price for a simple pan but you won’t be disappointed if you purchase these.
