It’s the best blender
I couldn’t believe the price would give me what I needed a blender for. Everyone was saying a vitamix and I just couldnt justify the price having so many other types of blending appliances. I saw this and read the reviews first. It said the power was 2200 W so I figured it was worth trying since the cost wasn’t too much. I make vanilla paste and to grind those beans you need a high powered fast machine. This baby does it and more! My vanilla paste is so smooth and I am so happy with this machine. Easy to clean and a nice large jar. After I did a google check of it and found the one up from this one is in the top five best blenders. They could have put this one as number one! I would buy again.

Stopped working. Customer Service terrible
This unit stopped working after two weeks. Even though there is a 30 day return period the seller is refusing to authorize the return. They are refusing to ship a replacement unit. The keep asking for a picture or video of the blender not working🤷‍♂️. It has no lights, does not turn on and simply does not blend. Their customer service asked me to disassemble the machine to try and repair myself. This was ludicrous such a silly request! As if a customer needs to be a repair technician. I would avoid this seller at all costs.

Defective Unit
Received a defective unit it was missing jug and spare parts. Seller states there are no parts available. There are normal wear parts on a blender like coupler and blades so if you cannot purchase these parts then it will not last. Case now opened with Amazon to receive a refund. Beware of this seller as refund policy and return shipping have not been honoured.

It blends great. I used it to make smoothies mostly. But sadly it didn’t even last a year and for the price I would have expected more. The display screen turns on but none of the buttons will actually get it to start.
