There’s nothing like cast iron for frying or baking, and the results are in the tasting.When you know how to care for cast iron, these are amazing tools. Look at the picture! it shows how 2 Lodge skillets, and lid were packed and shipped, just dropped in carton, not even a shred of wrapping paper, just bare cast iron products rattling through the journey. You would expect chips off, scratches, damaged seasoning. Nothing of such thing! – they came in perfect state – no wonder after all, all Lodge cast iron is made in The Old Good USA and seasoning applied there too. I only wish Levi’s would com back to be made in US and in quality as 40 years ago, cheers!

この蓋がロッジのスキレットの本体です。スキレットを買ったら蓋も必ず買いましょう。蓋の裏にある突起がとてもいい仕事をします。この蓋のお陰で料理が大変美味しくなります。

LODGE スキレット Wolf L3SWLWF 6-1/2インチ と一緒に購入しました。ダッチオーブンのフタと同じように重いので、多分圧力が掛かるのでしょうか、シンプルな料理も素材からでる水分での蒸し焼き効果でおいしくなる気がします。蓋の開け閉めには、ダッチオーブンと兼用でユニフレームのステンレスリフターを利用しています。

製品自体は良いものでした。ガタツキなくぴったりスキレットと合わさりました。フタの重さもあって蒸気が逃げないので、蒸し焼きに使えます。ただ、１箱に３つ入ったものが届いてびっくりしました。発送ミスでしょうか。それとも記載漏れ？

家でIHで調理捨してる低い温度設定で使える 熱効率が良いんだね酒のつまみ用ですがハムエッグやら非常に上手に焼け便利です
