Poor product quality
I bought 2 watches; suddenly one watch stopped charging; I had to keep on sending messages to the seller who first told me they will send me a replacement but then kept on saying that it is Amazon fault and that Amazon won’t take the product and when I checked with Amazon they told me it is a manufacturer issue. After 2 weeks of emails they refunded me the money. Then suddenly the other watch was not making calls we have each time to restart it; when I checked with the line provider they told me that the issue with the watch. When I reached out to the watch manufacture they told me because the line is not supporting 2g although it was working for almost 3 months and now it doesnot accept the calls. When I sent to the manufacture again they told me use it as a watch ! Or return themSo we can refund . So I have to pay for ups to return and I have to run an errand in order to return a faulty product. It is of very low quality and not recommended.

We got this watch to keep in touch with our son while he’s at school, daycare ect. It’s easier to carry along as opposed to a cell phone ( they’re not responsible enough so that’s a great option )Right out the package, i put it on the charger as per user manual. After charging, i popped the back open, ( snap-on battery cover ) and removed the rechargeable battery. There’s a micro SD card installed, and besides it, there’s the slot for the sim card. I slide the tray upwards to unlock it, lifted it, then slipped the sim card into the tray, then i did everything in reverse.I turned on the watch and everything was fine. Calls being made and received. The ring volume can be adjusted. There’s no missed call notifications or text messages, but everything else works fine. The touch screen works fine, the band seems decent, easy for kids to use and play games, GREAT Value for money i’d say. There’s a school mode for school days, and the start time and end can be set. I think it goes to silent mode during school hours, ( haven’t tried it ). Let’s see how long this one last. I bought another one ( same brand different style ) and it only lasted for three months then it required the charger to be connected to turn on the screen and use the watch while it stopped recognizing the sim card as well.. If you plan on getting these, I’d advise you to purchase the protection plan in case these stop working like the last one i got. I made a claim and after proof of purchase and whatever, a cheque was mailed to me for the full purchase price of the watch. Hence why i took another chance at a different style. This one isn’t water proof, so don’t bother testing it.. Hopefully this helps someone.4 Stars because there’s room for improvements. Missed calls notifications at least, maybe txt messages, am i pushing it? Regardless, without these it can’t be a 5 star product. As per what’s advertised, indeed, it’s a 5 star product. Providing that they last longer than three months, Lord have mercy.

I was very hesitant to buy this because when I started reading reviews I didn’t even know the difference between an SD card and a SIM card! Also the general consensus, even after talking with Rogers was that these smart watches from Asia don’t work here. But after seeing many reviews with this specific brand that said Rogers would work I took the risk . I also ordered the Rogers SIM card that Amazon suggested. To complicate things my wireless provider is Telus so I didnt have an existing account with Rogers . When I asked in the Rogers store I was told I couldn’t do pay as you go without having a Rogers account and when I tried myself to activate the SIM card online I needed a phone number (which I didn’t have) to make an account . So I called rogers tech support and told them I wanted a number so I could create an account in order to activate the sIM to do pay as you go for a smart watch. They said they could do it but that in their experience it wouldn’t work. But I took the 15$ risk and said I’d eat the money even if it didn’t work. IT WORKED !!!!!Abs I’m so excited to give it to my 8 year old who was really wanting one for Xmas 😃😃
