It definitely works
It’s definitely in range with the quality and price of of other such flat packaged furniture pieces. It’s sturdy and very functional and looks nice. The finish on the wood pieces is a little cheap and I might paint it or put a new surface on it but I enjoy customizing and tweaking everything I get anyways. I’m quite happy with this purchase.

Extremely Disappointed! Poor Quality Desk Almost Destroyed My Computer!
When I first received this desk, I immediately noticed how poorly the joints were constructed. The surface was wobbly and felt like it could collapse at any moment. Sure enough, today it finally broke while I was using it, and my computer nearly fell and got damaged!The quality is absolutely unacceptable. It’s hard to believe such an overpriced desk turned out to be a piece of factory junk. I hope the seller has some conscience and stops selling such low-quality products.I strongly do NOT recommend this desk! Flimsy and not practical.
It is flimsy and can easily top over. The design of the base is not well thought out as you can’t pull it in close to you if sitting on a sofa. Would not buy again.

I won’t deny it could be better regarding building materials, but hey it’s working just fine for my wife and she puts more stuff in this thing than it was intended for and it holds everything. It’s not falling apart as some comments says. Assembly took me like 15 mins, cuz I have some skills but average person would take like 30 not bad at all.

The product is solidly built and as accurately pre-drilled. All hardware of screws, bolts, knobs. Clamps were included and accurately described in the picture type instructions. If you refer carefully to the instruction sheet you should not have much of a problem assembling. Do not forget or overlook the flat metal pre drilled plate that is positioned underneath the joint of where the vertical column meets the leg member that the picture shows. Also be aware that the two long bolts are used to attach the black pen holder to the table (F in picture). The 8 shorter bolts are used to attaché the table and mouse table to the clamp brackets E. This is where the instructions were confusing.All in all this laptop stand is a well designed and useful product at a bargain price! The only criticism I would offer is that the table that holds the laptop is a little small for my 27 inch Dell and the pen holder could be a little higher but these deficiencies, if a problem can easily be overcome with easy, gentle modifications. In my case I simply raised the mouse table up to be parallel to the lap top table and moved the laptop to the right so that it is in part supported By mouse table. Doing so makes for greater stability as the computer is closer to center. There is still plenty of room for mouse operation.

It didn’t work for what I bought it for. Searched for table or desk that works for a recliner. It’ll work on a sofa, chair, and would work in a recliner in sitting position but it won’t work in the reclined position because it won’t slide underneath the recliner close enough for the laptop. But it’s quite nicely made and works in when your a sitting position. Makes for a nice, small project desk and laptop stand.

I was somewhat bedridden for several weeks after hip surgery. It was so nice to have this for my water, meds, food, etc. It was easy to put together. It’s sturdy. I like the two part movement of the top and the different height adjustment. Now that I don’t need it for that purpose anymore, because it has a nice looking table top I use it like a tray table indoors and outdoors when I have guests.

Poor design, had to bend elements to make it set level. Didn’t notice damaged corner till I had almost finished assembly. Otherwise, I would have sent it back for a refund. I cannot recommend this product.Amazon should remove their products from their website. Foreign products may be cheaper, but their quality is crap. I wasted my money and time.
