Excellent Product, Simple Set Up
This was purchased as a gift for my Father and he had it set up in about 10 minutes once he went through everything. He’s happy with the ease of use and how easily it connected to his phone and hearing aids as well. He is a athletic man and loves to track his steps and heart rate.

So impressed ⭐️
After a month, I’m still impressed. I can’t speak to how long this product will last long term but so far it’s done everything it claims to. It’s water proof, I’ve banged it several times on the corner of a table by accident with no issues, I’ve taken it out into the snow, it’s just exceeded my expectations. The app was easy to set up and use. The app actually had probably 50-100 watch faces too which I liked. The construction feels solid but very light which I was surprised by also. Overall it looks a lot more expensive than it is, my boss thought it was worth $500. The two watch straps are better than expected but the orange one is so comfortable! The screen looks high resolution and super vibrant. All in all I’m very impressed and I can’t complain for the $62 CAD I paid.

Decent fitness tracker, poor app/privacy concern, decent quality, LED, inaccurate monitors
This is a reasonably decent (and perhaps ever so slightly more advanced than many others) fitness tracker/smart watch (EF7) that appears well-built and for the most part works as expected. It has 3 of the most common monitors (HR, BP, and SpO2) which are somewhat typical for these fitness trackers nowadays. It does have many of the standard features as most other budget or off-brand smart watches have; however, what set this apart from many others is that it has a slightly larger display along with a slightly larger battery capacity (though it can’t be verified).≡ NoteThese so-called SMART WATCHES are really just FITNESS TRACKERS with added features (i.e. flashlight, calculator; mostly useless ones too) and it’s NOT a true smart watch/device. A true smart device operates by itself on its own without the NEED to install an App for it to run and without depending on another device (i.e. your phone) to run.For instance, if your PHONE requires an App to be installed on a LAPTOP in order for various functions on your phone to work, or if your phone would lose certain features WHEN your laptop goes offline, would you consider your phone to be a SMART phone? Well, I wouldn’t and I’ll be extremely upset if that’s the case, and that’s exactly what happens here most of these so-called smart watches.###≡ FeaturesBy standard I don’t mean one or two, in fact, the standard nowadays is about a dozen or so including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, or even glucose monitor just to name a few. It has 3 monitors which is decent; unfortunately, 2 of the monitors (HR and BP) don’t seem to be accurate at all (SpO2 appears to be reasonably accurate for the most part although we know the figures for the vast majority of healthy people is usually either 98% or 99%) which is quite upsetting to have found out after numerous tests. In addition, the steps counter seems to be off by about 3100+ so that’s not exactly accurate either but it’s certainly not the worst.I should also mention that an increasing large number of these devices that I’ve come across lately have all suffered from the same (or at least quite similar) issues which implies to me that perhaps hardware (sensors and/or other related components) under the hood is identical across ALL of these watches. I should also mention that this particular model is electrically identical to the following models: BW190, BW220, BW264, BW290/296/298, BW326-329, BW351/352, BW335/338, BW1220/1270/1290, BW1821-1829, BW1830-1839, ST1-ST39.It also has the typical sports and/or exercise related features that many others have. It has a fairly large screen of 1.43″ (for found case) in comparison to many others with a 1.38″/1.22″ screen. With that being said, 1.4x” is somewhat of a norm (or at least becoming increasingly common) at this point in time for these watches with a square case and frankly, I don’t see that much of a difference between this 1.43″ and those with 1.38″ (well, you really shouldn’t since it’s only 1.27mm difference).I should also note that the advertised 129+ sports requires the app; otherwise, only a handful or so are available (which is more than most people would need under normal circumstance). The same can be said for watch faces/styles (200+ claimed) too and that’s a common practice for these devices nowadays. The LED is perhaps a nice touch for some people; however; I don’t find them particularly useful for me because I have my phone for that and it’s just that much easier with my phone than fiddling around with this watch with a much smaller screen. In any event, those features are there should you have the needs for them. However, it does have 2x straps (1x silicone/rubber and 1x PU with magnetic buckle) that few others have although some of them do come with 2 straps (SS/rubber).≡ BatteryIts battery capacity is 530 mAh but it’s unverified although that’s significantly more than the average/norm (around 300 mAh or so) for these trackers. In either case, whatever the capacity might be, the only thing I really care is that it can last me an entire day (charge once a day is fine with me). With that being said, I also don’t have a clue about the longevity of the battery but that’s a common concern for all rechargeable smart watches out there (i.e. battery dies unexpected fast). Note that the default screen timeout is 5sec which is unusably short for me but it can be increased up to 30 seconds (whereas some other can’t at all while a few can do 60 sec) so that’s great. I don’t necessarily want 30 sec but it’s nice to have the options (I set mine to 15sec). It can always be disabled if needed as aforementioned.≡ Water resistanceBtw, these fitness trackers/smart watches are NOT meant to be submerged in water (salty or otherwise) longer than a few minute even though they often advertise as being IP68 or even 5 ATM which is completely nonsensical if you know what that really means (around 50m under water but it’s really meant for accidental submersion); otherwise, there is an extremely high probability that it will die prematurely, as I’ve found out the hard way.≡ AppFor those who are curious about what the ‘FitCloudPro’ app (3.3 rating) requires;✘ Any data may be shared with other companies or organizations, including but not limited to;* Email address and Phone number, Fitness info, Precise location, Photos and videos, Contacts* SMS or MMS, Files and docs, Installed apps, Device or other IDs✘ Data isn’t encrypted (typical practice in China)* Data is encrypted during transit✘ Device & app history* read sensitive log data✘ Contacts* read your contacts✘ Location* approximate location (network-based), precise location (GPS and network-based)✘ Phone* directly call phone numbers, read call log, read phone status and identity, Photos/Media/Files* read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage✘ Storage* read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage✘ Camera & Microphone* take pictures and videos, record audio✘ Wi-Fi connection information* view Wi-Fi connections✘ Device ID & call information* read phone status and identity✘ Other* receive data from Internet, view network connections, pair with Bluetooth devices, control vibration* access Bluetooth settings, control flashlight, full network access, run at startup, prevent device from sleeping✘ NoteLike nearly all other budget smart watches (or any other ‘smart’ devices really) out there, an App is REQUIRED for this to function at its fullest which means you are giving the manufacturer (and whoever they decide to share it with or without your permission) AND the app OWNER (i.e. some company in China and that equates to the gov in this case) your COMPLETE and entire historical data. Some people consider some of these (i.e. precise GPS location, health info, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep patterns, or the alike) to be ‘extremely’ personal information and therefore are private. Data mining, analysis, prediction, and eventually profit making and/or a form of control will be vital in many aspects of our lives in the foreseeable future. If this concerns you at all, look elsewhere.###≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a fairly decent FITNESS TRACKER (with some smart watch functions) that works just fine if you don’t care about any of the issues mentioned above , in particular the issues with the HR monitor and to a certain degree the step counter. It’s somewhat reasonably priced at $60 for what it provides (a generic fitness tracker, EF7) and its overall build quality, features, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.

Good Battery Life, Durable with an AMOLED Display!
Lige Fitness Tracking Smartwatch Review.Another classic watch from Lige! The circular watch face is a welcome break from square-shaped smartwatches. The stainless steel case gives the impression that this watch is rugged and durable. The included magnetic leather watch strap adds a touch of elegance, while the black silicone strap gives the watch a more tactical appearance. The AMOLED display shows vivid colours and richer, deeper blacks by turning off pixels, which conserves battery. After reviewing several similarly styled smartwatches, I found that the watch faces held up to everyday bumps and scuffs. This watch is no different. Whatever glass is used, it is durable and does not scratch easily.Battery life is respectable. I got five to six days of use without charging the watch. Of course, everyone’s use cases are different. Monitoring health features and activity tracking goals continuously while the watch maintains the connection with your smartphone for calls and messaging will affect battery life. Your phone’s battery may also lose a few percentage points. When the watch is turned off, standby battery life is phenomenal. The user manual mentions that the watch uses a pure cobalt battery (Lithium Cobalt Oxide) and has a capacity of 530 mAh. After shutting off the watch at 90% battery and storing the watch for a month and a half, I was surprised to see the watch at 32%, though I cannot explain what caused the battery to drain. Still, in a pinch, the watch was useable. Recharging the watch from that point took roughly two hours using an older 15-watt phone charger. The built-in flashlight lacks lumen specifications, yet it effectively illuminates low-light areas or objects that are nearest to the wearer. There is also the option of enabling the always-on display (AOD). This shows an always-on clock in digital or analog format. Enabling AOD disables the raise-to-wake function, reducing unnecessary battery consumption. AOD can be turned off at any time by going to Settings > Display > AOD clock and selecting Shut down. There is a negligible delay when twisting the wrist to view the watch face. The touchscreen is responsive. Scrolling through menus is smooth and lag-free. The crown on the watch does not allow scrolling through menu items and watch faces, a missed feature found on other smartwatches of similar design. The heart rate monitor is reasonably accurate, but the step counter can be generous. Blood pressure measurements were not accurately read, but SpO2 readings compared to statistics from a recent doctor’s visit were accurate. Most fitness-tracking smartwatches have a disclaimer stating they are not meant to be used for medical purposes. The disclaimer is on the last page of the user manual. The product description does not mention that this watch is waterproof. Instead, the owner’s manual indicates that “the product has passed multiple waterproof tests before launch. Considering different usage habits, its internal parts may experience wear and tear, which affects its sealing performance. Therefore, please use the smartwatch carefully during swimming and diving, but avoid wearing it in a sauna room or a hot shower.”I’m calling this a water-resistant watch at best. If the watch survives a quick dunk in the kitchen sink or bathtub, consider yourself lucky! This is not a divers watch by any stretch of the imagination. The companion app FitCloudPro pairs the smartwatch with your smartphone. This allows the monitoring and storage of activity tracking and health-related data, which can be linked to built-in health apps on your smartphone. The app also allows you to fine-tune watch settings and customize the look of your watch by selecting from an ever-growing library of watch faces. The app’s permissions may raise concerns about data handling and linking. Details about app permissions, terms of use and privacy policies are available on the App Store and Play Store.Overall, this product earns four stars out of five!

Solid looking
It is a very good and solid looking watch, especially for men. It is functioning well so far and being a Christian I was impressed opening the watch package to see a Cross with a chain to wear it in the package and a rubber and leather hand band.
