Good to use , will do it’s job
I bought this for my cast iron utensils, and it’s great—it keeps the heat away effectively. Just be cautious not to leave it in place for too long while cooking, as it can get hot after a while.

Great to have, but not enough
I have cast iron skillet and this is not enough, I have to use a small towel and wrap it around when I’m making steak as it gets too hot.Size wise, it was perfect for my cast iron but it still is a bit disappointing that it can’t do well it’s main job (serving as a handle).

Enfin, de belles et utiles poignées pour éviter des brûlures graves. J’aime faire cuire me steaks au beurre dans une poêle en fonte été finir la cuisson au four. Je me suis souvent brûlée par mégarde. Plus maintenant ! Faciles à glisser sur un manche de poêle et le tour est joué!

I got these to use with my cast iron pans. They are very loose and don’t stay on at all. Maybe its supposed to be designed that way ? I found it to be not very safe for the slip cover since the handle slides out and twists inside very easily. It made it hard to pour anything out of the pan. Does work well for heat protection and easy to use. I personally don’t like them because of how easy it falls off.
