How to clean a stainless steel cookware before use?

Before using the pan, it should be cleaned with detergent and warm water to ensure that both the inside and outside of the pan are thoroughly clean. Avoid using rough cleaning tools such as abrasive cloths, as they may scratch the surface of the pan.

How to make stainless steel pan physically non stick?

Before cooking, heat the pan or pot over medium heat. Excessive temperature will cause the food to stick in the pan. In addition, appropriate oil can be added to increase the non stick properties of the pan.

How to avoid stainless steel cookware from turning yellow easily after cleaning?

Please avoide rinsing hot pans directly with cold water or exposing them to sudden temperature changes.

How to handle firm dirt and yellowed stainless steel pans?

Boil water and white vinegar together in a pot for 3-5 minutes, then wash with a cloth or rag while still hot.

Yellowed areas can be easily removed by washing with warm water and stain-removing powder.

Can I use a metal spatula to cook food?

Metal spatulas will not affect the performance of the pan. To avoid scratches, avoid using sharp knives or metal spoons to stir food, as this can scratch the surface of the pan.

I an Indian and I was looking something to cook Indian curries. This is THE best and so cost effective. All my utensils are from all-clad. So trust me when I say the quality is top notch. It is not heavy but also not cheaply made. It is my favorite utensils out of my huge collection. I have tried all – ceramic, steel, carbon stea”, ceramic coated. This is the AMAZING.Buy it and thank me later. Indian cooking approved!!!

This is a hefty little pan. It looks nice, cleans well, and cooks food beautifully. It is stainless, so it’s not going to be nonstick slick. My only complaint is the marketing. Jumbo? Meh. You’re not preparing meals for a large group. 2-3 people? Sure. It’s a keeper.

I cooked up some shrimp fried rice in this. I think it did pretty well, though I wish it was a little bigger (as in wider). I think the depth is fine. I was a little worried about stirring “too fast” bc the food might spill out over the edges. (Made 2 servings of fried rice.)

This pan is great! I just wish the description stated that it didn’t come with a lid. That might have been a 5 star item for me. When descriptions are confusing, I just feel like I can’t give 5 stars.

This was slightly smaller than I expected, but the measurements hold true…so just an example of me thinking it’ll be larger than it is. I got the 10 inch, which does not come with a lid. It was a bit unclear on that, but one line specifically states no lid even though pictures show the lid. I washed it out real good and then put it to use making some food. It cooks nicely and evenly. I also use it for some oil drying and everything turned out quite well, except the oil slightly stained the inside of the pot. No matter how much I scrub it doesn’t come out, but doesn’t seem to affect the performance. Overall, a fairly nice and small wok good for smaller meals
