So far this is the best smartwatch I’ve owned, and my previous ones were a Fitbit, a Samsung Galaxy Watch, and a Pebble (RIP😢).Im so impressed at the range of features available on this smartwatch and it’s pretty simple to use, as long as you remember where things are.I paired it with my phone first to set it up, even though I intended for my wife to use it on her phone (she wasn’t home at the time and it was a surprise). It handled the switching very well.It’s got features that I’m super jealous of, since even my Fitbit can’t check blood pressure, or track periods.It’s super cool that this watch also came with 2 different bands, one silicone, one metal, but also the tool(s) to switch the bands out (they seem to work like regular analogue watches).The documentation is great, the app isn’t at all hard to handle or overly bothersome (unless you set it that way), the watch looks so much better than most smartwatches, it’s easy to plug in to charge with the included magnetic and USB charging cord.Even the watch faces available are numerous and unique.We love it.

The watch and bands seem constructed very well and like they will hold up to heavy use.-Comes with two bands, one metal with the ability to change the length and everything you would need to do so.-The second is a silicone band.-It has many features and so far they all seem to work rather well.-It holds a charge for at least a few days so far.-The screen is bright and very responsive.The quality and features seem to be on par with other watches in this price range.

I’ve had a couple different smart watches. I wanted a more upgraded one, so I chose this one. After about a week the battery died, and I haven’t been able to get it to turn back on.Update:I’ve reached out to customer support, and they have been very helpful, with trying to resolve this issue. They are willing to do anything they can to make the customer happy.
