1. New pots are prone to rust. Please do not leave them aside or soak them in water after washing, as this can easily rust.
2. After each use of the pot, it needs to be dried with water after cleaning (drying and applying a layer of edible oil can accelerate the maintenance process and extend its service life).
3. If rust occurs, salt can be used to remove the rust and remove the iron smell.
4. During use and maintenance, the oil will penetrate more into the pot, making it easier to use and maintain for about half a year. It can form a natural non stick pot effect without coating detachment or health concerns.
New pot non stick tips: After cleaning the pot body, place it on a gas/induction cooker and heat it over high heat. After the pot body is completely hot, pour in oil. Heat the oil and start cooking on a medium to low heat. The pans are a typical cast iron pan. The only thing I don’t like is the handle being so short; it is not convenient to use once the pan heats up.

Always wear gloves as the handles obviously get hot. They are great for fried eggs and I look forward to using them on something that needs to go from hob to oven.You do need to keep them oiled to prevent rust after washing. On the other hand you don’t need to wash them often just wipe them clean.Lovely little pans. Very pleased with them.
