I have used it more than a dozen times and so far, so good. Only time will tell on its durability. To extend its life, I have been careful to not over heat the pan because once you do, all fry pans quickly lose their finish. I really like the nice wide flat area, the good fitting glass lid, the light weight, and the handle. One of the best ones I have ever owned.

I’ve owned this non stick pan now for a few weeks and so far it has worked flawlessly. Key points, like with any non stick pan, is to hand wash it when it’s cooled down, use a towel not an abrasive scrubber. NEVER use any sort of metal on the surface and just treat it like it’s an expensive pan, lol, cause it is!Highly recommended IF you plan to take the time and treat it well.

Easy to use! Also don’t use metal spatula, there is absolutely no need to flip or turn. Use Utility Tong with Rubber Tip and Locking Clip. It will do the work

Brand new and literally sticks worse than any iton pan I have. I honestly am astonished at how bad this pan is. I literally can’t cook anything in it without using a ton of oil or butter. Otherwise everything sticks. I have this brand of pan from years ago that were actually non stick and worked great. I wanted to update my pans as they were getting old – clearly the quality has gone way down. This pan is getting thrown out with the old pans. DO NOT RECOMMEND

After a long awaited kitchen remodel, I treated myself to these new pans in December 2021. It is now April 2023 and I am writing this review about a product that is now very well tried and wonderfully true. They are the best frying pans I have ever owned, and more than a year later, they look and perform like brand new. Perfect surface. Nothing ever sticks, including eggs. These are fantastic.I will also add, these pans are extremely well cared for. They never go in the dishwasher (no big deal since clean up is sooo easy with this surface!). They are never subject to cooking spray. I do use olive oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, and butter when needed, but never an aerosol spray. They are also never used above medium heat, and no metal utensils ever get used with them. Some family members have received mild, slightly veiled threats about consequences if they break the rules for my pans. 🙂 The positive result is that these pans continue to be fantastic, pristine tools of the trade in my kitchen.

Muy recomedado, no se pega nada, el material es libre de Teflon y toxinas. He notado que se han manchado de la parte de abajo, pero no afecta el desempeño del sartén.El mango de acero puede llegar a calentarse, aún asi lo recomiendo y volvería a comprarlos.
