Great accessory for pressure cooker
I use it to steam rice and food in my Instant Pot duo and it does the job perfectly. I haven’t used my rice cooker since I got it. This is the larger size and it’s much better than the smaller one, only if it fits your pressure cooker of course

Love these! Good quality but has a design flaw! Used in pressure cooker and the seal between them was so tight it was difficult to separate them but other than that love them! Very sturdy and heavy duty! Just leary of using them together

The simple stackable internal pots for my IP worked perfectly to make rice on the bottom and chicken on top. Super easy to handle too when putting it in and pulling it out due to the locking handles at the top of the lid. Follow instructions and put at least half a cup or water on the bottom of the IP to avoid the burn notice. Also made it easy to throw in the fridge for leftovers. Highly recommend.

I luv these stackable pans – just as described. Everyday I use one to steam my breakfast and both to prepare lunch and dinner – the possibilities are absolutely endless. Now … it’s those little details that matter and identify where an item is made. The stainless steel is very good quality and the pans are beautifully-made. However, the piece of metal that’s pounded to keep the handle on the lid is made of cheap, unpolished, definitely not food-grade metal. It definitely takes away from the shine of the stainless steel and ‘cheapens’ the appearance when placed on a table for serving a meal. This being said, the price is great. I purchased the pans for a 3Q instant pot. Without the pans, I wouldn’t have much use for the pot.

Should be listed as pots, or pans, and not steamer
These should be listed as pots or pans, and not steamer as they are solid and do not have holes for allowing the steam to reach the items being cooked. Not really as advertised, and I was a bit surprised when I got them and felt misled. Probably wouldn’t have purchased had I’d known. None of the images on the listing show the bottoms of the pans, and probably should.Not as heavy gauge stainless steel as I’d expect for the price either.

Belle qualité de produit, robuste, facile à nettoyer. Ne me permet pas de placer mon support Instant pot Max en-dessous, je dois le déposer directement au fond de mon pot Instant pot, mais ça n’a causé aucun problème jusqu’à maintenant. Je l’utilise principalement pour cuire du riz ou réchauffer des aliments (ajouter un peu d’eau et d’huile à vos aliments à réchauffer et mettre à haute pression 5 minutes pour de la viande ou 3 minutes pour des plats comme des pâtes), évitant l’inconstance de la chaleur et le dessèchement du micro-ondes.

Nice quality product, but they put there label logo on both pans. Took me over a hour to scrape them off and then get the funk off so it didn’t end up all over my instantpot.

Updated again: I read here where people try to fit it in with the trivit and then complain that the pots and the trivit won’t fit in a 6qt instant pot.It doesn’t need the trivit. Since all cooking is going on inside the pots and the rack holding them together keeps them off the bottom, the trivit would do nothing and won’t fit.Updated: Tried frozen chicken breast in the bottom with about 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sticky rice on top using my usual 1:1 ratio. Thirty minutes, natural release and all came out well. Following “house rules” here, no pots or pans in the dishwasher, but they hand washed fine.Original: I guess the seller reads the comments here because the one I received today doesn’t have a sticker on it. I’ve washed it, but haven’t tried it out yet. Seems to be well made.

I use these insert pans almost every day, and love them! What I use them for most of the time is cooking my morning steel-cut oats. The general advantage of using the Instant Pot to make your oatmeal is that it is 100% ‘set it and forget it’, and it comes out perfect every time (once you get the oats to water ratio right – which for steel cut oats is 1cup oats to 2 2/3 cup water, if you like your oats done, but not runny). I put the oats + water in the insert (sans the accessory lid) and then put the insert into the Instant Pot on top of the trivet. The advantages of doing this are 1) That it keeps the Instant Pot clean. I just throw the insert into the dishwasher after use. The fact that there are two pans in the set, means I can keep a clean one in rotation. 2) You can just lift the insert pot out when it is done. Besides oatmeal, I use this insert whenever I’m making rice as well (1 cup rice, 1.25 cups water). Works great for that as well. Just one note: you still have to put water in the bottom of the main Pot (underneath the insert). If you don’t, the Instant Pot overheats and shuts itself off. A cup of water in the main pot underneath the insert works great.

Look it over, I unpacked this and was ready to use it, half an hour later it is still not ready. Shipped with a sticker on the pan that says “Joy”. It does not bring joy, the sticker tears and shreds when you try to remove it. The inside of the pan has a ridge, and it is full of black material from the manufacturing process. I didn’t notice it until I buttered the pan and everything turned black. Scrubbing, scraping, soaking, and it is still not clean, but my sink is coated with a black oily materiel now.

The quality seems fine, but will NOT fit in the 6 qt Instant Pot with the trivet inside the liner. The stackable pots with the handle on do not sit above the water required for cooking.
