    My first enamel cast iron skillet, looking for something safe for health and easy to clean, my new year goal: change all dishes and cooking utensils for safe alternatives, so I start from skillet because I use it every day, I already cook fried eggs, it’s stick a little, because I not wait enough to heat skillet properly, clean easily. Delivery 12 days from Las Vegas. Beautiful colour, it was hard to choose between other colours, I love also eucalyptus, dijon, and pebble , maybe buy Dutch oven in this colour later. Will see how good enamel in this brand.
