This crock pot is awesome! I can do 3 dishes for a party- dips, chili, etc. or try out 3 new crockpot recipes without having a huge amount of an unpopular new recipe. I can do a main dish and two sides and keep them warm after cooking. Easy to clean and the lid holder is convenient. Only shortcoming is that the electrical cord is short, so you have to use it near an outlet which might not be so convenient for a party.

Purchased this for a New Year’s party with 25 teenagers. We did a taco & nacho bar: filled the center crock with cold, canned nacho cheese (which DID heat up nicely on high, with some time and frequent mixing), and the two side crocks with taco meat I’d cooked on the stove (set to warm). The cooker looked great on the buffet and kept everything hot and delicious for many long hours, stirring every so often.The lid handles were what really drew me to this device, and they are so darn handy (so guests aren’t setting lids down awkwardly, dripping condensation all over the other foods). Also, SO pleased with the spoon notches on the edges of the crocks, so you don’t need to take up additional valuable counter space with spoon rests, nor have spoons left in the crocks with lids ajar (which dries out the food and reduces temperature).Because it really is a cooker with distinct temp controls, I am looking ahead to Thanksgiving, or just regular weeknight meals and smaller gatherings, where several sides can be cooked and/or kept warm. Or perhaps 3 different variations of a slow-cooker breakfast casserole, all at once!My 2 minor wishes are:#1 – That the controls/dials were a bit more visual in nature.a) There is no indicator on the dial (notch/line) to know where the dial is set (you need to flip it all the way left or all the way right to know “where” you are as a starting point).b) There is no light to let you know the power is on/working, similar to an old-fashioned slow cooker (need to wait and touch it to make sure it’s really on).#2 – That it had some sort of storage case or cover.It’s a large unit, and I could see leaving it out for frequent use, but would need a cover for it. Of course, it can go back in the box, but I have a feeling I won’t reach for it as often, because a box will need to be store out of sight.Even with these “wishes”, I give it 5 stars, because it performed exactly as I needed, and I look forward to using it again.

I like this model because of the three smaller dishes that allows you to cook several different items separately at the same time. It cooks well – heats to about 350 degrees by my measurement. I was skeptical that it would be able to brown hamburger but it worked well just as the instruction manual claimed it would. I would recommend this this slow cooker.

Awesome. Wish I had one years ago. Good sized individual crocks. Great for keeping food warm for those straggling guests. Unit worked well and the lid holders were easy to use and actually worked well. Good price and appears after two uses to be a high quality unit. Highly recommend it.
