Excellent Quality
Love, Love these pans. Great bang for your dollar. Heat induction on point and cooks well. Does stick a little if you don’t gage stirring or flipping, but that comes with practice. The only negative is that I do find the pans a bit heavy, but not that big a deal. Great for putting in the oven, just remember to wear 2 gloves as you do need both hands to lift out of the oven.

I purchased those 9 months ago, so my review comes after a few hundred meals. Overall I love this set, but here is why:Cleaning – they are very easy to clean. I mostly hand wash and they look shiny, but if you also want them spotless I’d recommend throwing it on the dishwasher every now and then. And yes, they are dishwasher safe.Non-stick – we often fry meat in it and we never had a problem with the meat getting stuck to the pan.Value – great value for its price.Durability – 9 months later, they still look like new.I always try to mention cons but to be honest I see no downside on this set. Go for it!

Great pots! Use LOW heat.
I was looking for a set of stainless pots and pans. These looked good and the reviews average very positive. I am happy with the purchase. Some differences from the typical pots and pans would be that these require much less heat to get HOT. I used them for some ground beef in the saute pan and boiled water in the large pot. I did notice some discoloring on the bottom of the saute pans after washing it but am not concerned. Most of the stainless pots I’ve used end up with some discoloring unless you are VERY careful with the heat control and an even covering of food in the pan/pots.No big deal with some color changes in the bottom of the pots for me but some people may be bothered by it. To note the pots did not suffer from any discoloration after use. The lids work well and everything was easy to clean up. I did not choose to follow the directions of heating up some water in them one the first use and then let them return to room temperature before using. I am confident that a specific cleaner for discoloration could correct it but again, not bothered.The pots and pans are heavier compared to the more mainstream cheaper options which I do not mind. The sides of the cookware heat up quite quickly on a flat top stove under 3/6 heat setting and will boil water after 5-7 min at a low setting. They stay warm longer then my old pots due to being thicker.

Terrible product
For a name like Lagostina this set is especially disappointing. The handles are cool to touch maybe 1/4 way down the handle the rest of the handle is scorching hot. They are already stained in the bottom inside of the pots after 1 use. Would not recommend 👎
