Terrific ceramic pan. However, you must follow the ceramic pan golden rule: Let it cool to room temperature before attempting to clean it or you’ll crack the finish. When you follow this rule, you’ll love this thing.

Getting a baking pan feels fairly routine in most cases, but I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience of my initial use of this square baking pan.For starters, it is presented beautifully. You get the pan itself, a trivet that’s wrapped in a ribbon (which is a very nice add, the first time I have gotten a trivet included with any sort of cookware), and a well written, beautifully presented set of instructions on care and use. The pan itself felt very solid with a good surface that instilled confidence. A lot of effort was made here to treat the customer well in ways few others have matched.My test for this pan was homemade brownies. I wouldn’t call myself an expert baker or anything close to that, but I have made simple brownies before using other pans with decent results so I was excited to see how this pan would perform. And it performed well. Baked the brownies to completion without them sticking. The pan also cooled surprisingly fast after being placed on the included trivet. And because nothing stuck to the pan, clean up was incredibly easy afterward.I definitely recommend checking this out as I can’t remember being this happy with something as simple as getting a baking pan. Even though this is a simple product, a lot of care was made into making sure that the experience of using it was enjoyable.
