    it works well.
    This is the best wok I’ve ever bought, I’m an Asian living in Canada, I like to stir-fry meat and vegetables, traditional western style woks just don’t work for me. I use vinegar and baking soda to clean it after every stir-fry and it doesn’t leave any stains.My only complaint is that I have been waiting for this pan for a long time and the shipping was too slow.

    This is the best stainless steal wok I have ever bought. I have tried the big name brands and they all stick like crazy, I mean all stainless do stick but to some degree. This one is silky smooth and very easy to clean! Will buy another one if I ever need a bigger wok/pan. I highly recommend!

    I tend to use this more for making “one skillet” meals than as a traditional wok. I never turn the heat over medium, as instructed on their site, tending to turn the flame down a little after it heats before adding my ingredients. They say to preheat the pan for a couple of minutes, add a little oil & swirl it around the sides & let it heat another minute, then add your 1st ingredient. Let the food cook for at least one minute before moving around, and it does not stick. At least it does not for me. I first clean the pan with a handmade non-scratch scrubby, then use a little cream of tartar to scrub. It is better than baking soda for “scrubbing” because it never scratches. A grandma trick. Rinse well & hand dry. My only slight gripe is the long handle. Two of the short handles would be much better for me. My Tramontina Wok is great, as are their stock pots.

    Well made and heats very evenly. Tossed my old steel wok in the garbage, started to rust pretty badly so I got a stainless one this time and I am very pleased with it.

    Once you learn how to make your stainless pans non-stick, the versatility of this large stir fry pan provides greater opportunities to make foods that you generally buy from a restaurant or your favorite take-out place. This pan gives you the chance to spread your culinary wings and venture into creations you may not normally consider. Give it a try – the Tramontina brand is one of my favorites and I have purchased many pieces over the past year and continue to purchase to meet our needs.
