I have had trouble finding a pair of readers with the right amount of tint to work at my computer indoors. I deal with light sensitivity and migraines, so really needed the tint. Most “tinted” readers are actually sunglasses, which are way too dark for the indoors. These are just right for me, lightweight and I highly recommend. Glad they come in a pack of 4 so that I can leave them at work and my home office.

I’ve been using these orange lenses for night-time electronics use. I usually put these on around 8 or 9 pm to start relaxing. I feel like it is helping my sleep which has been off lately. I’ve been trying to get to bed at 10 pm each night to also help with sleep hygiene. I seem to drop off a little easier. They are plastic but seem sturdy to me. I ordered the 1.75 (thank you for the .25 increments!!) and I have no trouble reading, etc.
