Avoid purchasing/ remove from this item from your wish list.We purchased a set. Within a few months our pans started to chip. Missing bit’s floating in our eggs and other foods.Luckily I took a photo of the receipt and provided photos to their customer service.I received email after email response on how chipping is natural and I can continue use of their terrible pans.Worst customer service. Waste of money and time. They do not honor their warranty.

I advise getting the white color as it makes cooking easier and the food easier to see. Cleaning is a snap with these pans. I advise using silicone wood or bamboo utensils to maintain the ceramic coating and not damage the surface.

The set that arrived with the order was not as described. What was different is that the box contained an 8″, 9.5″ and 11″ fry pan set that was a 6 ply steel and aluminum construction. So, the pans did not fit existing lids I owned. GreenPan makes great products and I will be buying the 3 ply steel 8″, 10″ & 12″ set directly from manufacturer.

As the other reviews mentioned, this is not an 8/10/12″ set as described, but instead an 8/9.5/11″ set. I will be returning. Very frustrating. Other than that, the item did arrive ahead of schedule and there was no damage to the pans. They are heavier then expected. Seem to be good quality. Can’t comment on functionality as I haven’t used them and will be returning to get a proper sized set.
