At first I wasn’t crazy about the type of cover on the planner, as there is no description of the material in the listing and I expected a soft or slightly rigid heavy paper cover. It is probably best described as a rubber/vinyl cover over rigid cardboard. I was disappointed in the “plastic” feel of the planner cover right up to the point when I dripped condensation from my glass onto the journal cover and it wiped up easily with no damage to the planner. I no longer think the cover should be cardboard/paper or any other type of material, since this cover saved my brand-new planner from looking beat-up on Day 1.The paper is fairly heavy, and my pen flows nicely over it with no skips or scratching. There is more room than expected for recording everything from my long-term goals and plans to the daily to-do lists, schedule and notes. There are 5 double-page spreads for creating your own monthly calendar pages. They are undated so you can start your 100 days at any time. The daily pages are numbered with 1-100, and a spot for you to put today’s date, a couple of lines (half page wide) to note accomplishments for the day, about a line and a half (half page wide) to list things you’re grateful for each day, a half-page list of about 17 lines for your to-do list, and the same for your schedule for each day. The bottom of each 1-100 page has 5 lines, full width across the page, for making notes about the day. At the end of the book there is a summary area with a handful of prompts to identify your biggest accomplishment and biggest challenge during the 100 days. The final pages are Notes pages for you to fill up with whatever information you want that might not have fit in with one of the 100 days (I can imagine using this for contact phone numbers, sources for items I might need to purchase as part of this plan, etc.).I wasn’t sure that this would be completely useful to me when I ordered it, but after it arrived I realized that this may be the perfect way for me to track some of my mini-goals – 100 days towards becoming more fluent in another language, or 100 days toward starting to learn piano (a lifelong dream of mine that never seems to get off the ground). There are so many different ways I can imagine using this planner. I wish it came in a variety of colors, but the blue is a nice shade and will look right at home on my desk.
