    A must have
This product is amazing, forget cheap tin pans, toss silicon trays, these will cook evenly and are super easy to clean; just wonderful

    Great product
After one use they were pretty much non-stick. Love cast iron and these are great! They are heavy, but that is expected with cast iron. Would definitely recommend.

    Yorkshire Pudding perfection!
Perfect even heat for Yorkshire pudding giving it an excellent ‘poof’! As for fruit oat muffins – they were sticky and hard to remove leaving a bunch of stuck on bits. Probably my issue and not greasing them enough? Regardless, clean up is easy – I just put warm water in them for a bit, and then use the scrub daddy sponge, rinse and they are clean. I leave them to air dry, even though you’re not supposed to. After they’re dry, I spray them with oil (not pam).

Very happy with these case iron muffin pans. Arrived in a timely manner. Well packaged. Very well priced. The corn muffins came out perfectly. Not over done. Will make bran muffins in them next. Really glad we bought these. Cleans up easily. The manual states these pans have been pre treated so ready to use right out of the box. Bonus.

Grease the pan and never use non-stick again
Properly cooked buttery crispy muffins in this cast iron lets me avoid leaching non-stick chemicals from all the other pans and with a deeper dish I couldn’t find on the stainless steel ones. Avoiding parchment paper is a plus too since it can be silicone coated and also absorbs into food. It’s a sobering reminder to have fresh goods that aren’t toxic or junk food – and it’s less expensive overall. On sale, two pans for $85 CAD is a great price for lifelong iron cookware (durability but also Lodge warranty).

    Good product but pricey
I’m satisfied with this product.I was surprised at first because for some reason, these muffin pans felt lighter than I expected for cast-iron. To the point I imagined a pan was missing from my delivery…However, after a 1st use, I realized their shape and weight made them easy to handle, grease, clean, etc…I also noticed this 2-piece set is shaped to be stackable for storage so that’s a plus.Dimensions are :UPPER-CUP-DIAMETER: 2 3/4 inchLOWER-CUP-DIAMETER: 1 7/8 to 2 inchCUP-DEPTH: 1 1/2 inchWIDTH: 7 1/8 inchLENGTH: 12 3/4 inchMy yorkshire puddings cooked very well in them and (with proper greasing) did not stick. In the end, they’re miles ahead of non-stick pans that kept losing their coating within months and just this reason, they were worth a buy to me. It’s debatable whether it’s worth the price it’s sold at.PROS :* easy to handle and store* cooks well* much better than non-stick pans in my opinionCONS :* price… it’s getting wild.

    Perfect for yorkshire pudding.

    Love these
I wasn’t sure about them at first as my first batch of muffins stuck terribly and they were a pain to clean. I’m glad I made other batches as after that they worked great and the muffins popped out with little residue. I feel better about cooking in these than non stick ones.

These make the most incredible Yorkshire puddings ever, nothing else compares!

It’s Lodge. It’s cast iron. It’s heavy and heavy duty. It’s perfect. Oil it and use it.

I’ve spent 50 years avoiding teflon but it’s hard to keep up with all the aluminum and nonstick jargon and regulatory nuances on unpronounceable chemical names lately. I was skeptical about going back to good ol’ cast iron, worried about the pan not releasing my baked goods. I bought these muffin pans anyhow. They arrived seasoned. They ain’t light but they aren’t too heavy either. I gave them a wee coat of spray olive oil and used them to make my World Famous Gluten Free Breakfast Banana Bread- but as muffins. Well, 45 mins later I took them out with the ergonomic handy handles they released like a dream and the muffins were perfectly evenly baked (and scrumptious I may add). The pans washed up so easily due to the apparently perfect seasoning Lodge does before they ship them. I hand dried them immediately as per the instructions. Beautiful and they will hopefully be coming out of the oven with great great great grandma’s World Famous Gluten Free Breakfast Banana Bread muffins in them, to be enjoyed by my as yet unborn great great great grandchildren. Very nice product. So old fashioned it’s ultra modern and seem sturdy enough to last many lifetimes…

These work well for baking without cupcake liners. Just be sure to season these well. I just line them with oil before baking, and they slide right out after they cool. The heat distribution is even, and the pans are a great value for the money. They are also the standard cupcake size, which isn’t true of antique cast iron. The weight is not too heavy, which I’m sure is why they only did 6 cups per piece instead of a dozen, which would make it pretty hefty. This is high quality, along with all the other modern Lodge cast iron I’ve purchased. I would not hesitate to grab Lodge ever after trying these.I gave one to my daughter, and I have the other one. Now I’ll need another set to round us both out.

LOVE THESE! I don’t care if they are a bit heavy.. I use two hands and the muffins turn out great.
