Too heavy and inner surface is not smooth!
Bought this wok to replace current one, found the wok too heavy and not practical when comes to washing over the sink. The inner surface is very rough and gives out grinding noise while using a metal spatula during stir fry vegetables. Though the bottom is flat but I still have to find a round matching metal wok stand to support and sit property over my 8″ coiled heating element electrical cooking stove. Lastly, it is not rust proof. Not recommended.
