I have to say that this chair is more comfortable than the $850 office chair I have at my employers office. It has the identical adjustments and super attention to detail in both, its design and quiet comfort in my experience so far. I am tall and weigh 200 lbs. and it is extremely stable even for someone my size while being a medium size chair. It started with an Amazon email message from the seller the day before its delivery assuring that “we will spare no effort to assist you” and a customer support phone number (yes, old school – not an AI chatbot – loved it); and, the assembly instructions were written in real, American english with actual assembly photos with arrows and easy to understand pictograms versus the vague, directional photos I’ve received with past home office chairs. And, it has a 2-year vs. the typical 1 yr. warranty, though unless the gas lift prematurely fails I did not see any design weaknesses that would put it at risk for defects when I assembled it which was quite easy.Bottom line, I give this company credit for clearly going back to the drawing board to create this excellent quality chair with good materials (quality feel and appearance), a two year warranty, and very good instructions. Very easy to put together. They actually provided a decent Allen Wrench. Everything was labeled well. Seat is very comfortable and chair is easy to adjust. Seat is fairly wide so it’s Sir Mix A Lot approved! Wheels seem fine on hardwood and are silent. Overall, a very good value!

This is so uncomfortable– literally horrible for the low back. And then after spending all that time putting it together, you have to try to dismantle it and realize how poorly it is made. There isn’t anyway to get the 3 hours back of life I wasted on this.

This is now my regular computer chair. That says a lot. I’ve gone through several different chairs over the past month, in an effort to get one that fits my height (6’3″), and is ergonomically designed.Pros: it goes up high enough to be comfortable for me. That’s rare. The arm rests go up and down as well as angling in, out, or straight. The seat is actually soft enough to sit on for more than an hour. (Shocker!)Con: the adjustable back lumbar thing actually hurts more than it helps. It’s so hard, even when set at its most minor setting. I ended up taking memory foam seat cushion and using it as a back rest. That’s the only gripe, therefore 4 stars.
