Don’t use when you’re cooking on high!
When you’re using this, double line it and never cook your stuff on high! They break easily. They do help when it comes to food sticking but the liners break. Use two at time and don’t cook your stuff on high.

If you don’t remove when still “hot” it will cool to the bowl and rip and than it is pointless cause now you have to clean it all up.
