Perfect pan for a large family or gatherings. This thing is huge! Great non stick surface and love the drip grates. Easy to clean as well just takes up a ton of drying rack space.

This is a pretty color baking sheet, Sage. The cooling rack fits nicely on the baking sheet or use it alone. I like the non stick ceramic. However, this feels slightly thin to me. You may, or may not, experience warping as it heats up in the oven. I just don’t feel like a product that costs this much should have warping! Deducted 1 star for that.

This pan is awesome!! It looks great, is sturdy and well made, and so easy to clean. I had to get rid of why old baking sheet so I was so happy to find this one. Plus it comes with a cooling rack, which is a great bonus.

I’m incredibly happy with this baking sheet! The first time I tried it I made cookies and didn’t grease the cookie sheet at all (there was obviously butter in the dough recipe). The cookies baked evenly, didn’t stick at all, and the bottoms didn’t overcook. I also cooked some veggies on this pan, which cooked evenly as well. Since nothing sticks to it, clean up is quick and easy. No complaints about this excellent baking sheet!
Review –
This might be a better pan than I know what to do with – but for me, it’s just a nice, heavy duty oversized pan, with a really nice cooling rack – and overpriced for what I think is reasonable. Reading all the cautions and warnings about taking care of it, I question the value for the price – as I doubt that I’ll keep it looking pristine for the longer term. For a “Professional Cook”, this might be something they’d really value – but for an everyday user – it’s an overpriced, very baking pan with a cooling rack. I have to admit I might have been more generous and given it 5 stars if it were actually made in the USA, but being from China, I doubt the long term value.
